·      Determined theme and date of institute of the year

·      Committee meets to kick off preparation

·      Design theme logo, flyer/application, posters, T-shirt, and website update  (Thanks Jessica)

·      Print out hard copies of flyer/application and posters, send to committee members who volunteer to distribute in varies events

·      Reserve room for lunch and closing ceremony  (Thanks Natalie)

January & February

·      Determine lunch speakers

·      Promotion emails and director mailers out

·      Recruiting continues

·      Contact T-shirt printing (Thanks Jessica)

March

·      Student registration started to come in

·      Finalizing speakers

·      Committee meets to discuss workshop ideas and need

April

·      Determine student counselors

May

·      Workshop preparation and budget paper work

June

·      Programs include Aviation, Biology, Chemistry, Math, CAM, Civil Engineering, Electronics, Environmental, Physics, Quality Engineering…

·      Closing ceremony Friday 6/22 (Monica will send invite to Surinder, Roger, and Helen)
